Is trading the DGCX DWTI european futures option possible?

I was looking at futures contracts on CME and the /CL lists a cash settled european option which mimicks the pricing of actual physical oil shipment.

However, I cant locate.. Has anyone dealt with this option or is it not tradable to retail investors? I just like the european aspect and even that theres no physical shipment possibilities..
