You are perhaps unaware of the law relating to defamation. Assuming you are a US citizen that would be a very costly mistake for you indeed. One of my qualifications is that of commercial lawyer and I am usually involved in one dispute or another and I always find it an amusing hobby. It would require little to obtain your name address and details from the forum owners through the Court. Of course I couldnt care less. I couldn't give a tinker's fart about your slanderous accusations and insults. Nonetheless I would warn you to be more careful in the future. Others may take a much harsher line with your most unwise posts.

He asked for the company I worked. I gave him some guidance as to how to prevent being fleeced but could not give him the company as I still work in the industry and did not wish to incur reputational risk. Instead of thanking me, he attacked me afterwards on this forum with an accusation.
I can copy and replicate the post in public if requested to do so in the interests of transparency.
I am not 'fishing' for anything....I refer you to previous posts (I am not selling anything etc). My only interest is to share my experiences and encourage debate. Perhaps to save my fellow man from making expensive mistakes (as I have seen how much people can lose in this field ie. money, homes, relationships and their time)? I am open to learning things of course that might challenge my analysis. Apart from that...I have no other interest.
In fact, I am genuinely very very surprised by the sheer number of emotional and vitriolic attacks I have received on this thread since I started it.. I made a list of them in an earlier post for your reference..everything from being sworn at numerous times, accused of being a failure, conspiracy theories, being accused of being a sock puppet, a promoter, somebody looking for a mentor, now 'fishing'...a long list. Very very little in the form of factual discussion, debate or exchange of genuine ideas.
To be perfectly frank, I am drawing my own conclusions from this thread and will post them when it runs its course.

As I have politely explained I do not wish to have your address. I do not wish to take proceedings against you since it is not worth my time and effort. I am merely trying to give you a friendly warning that others may not take such a relaxed attitude to your most unfortunate comments. Your thoughts, your comments your life is of no consequence to me. I do not know or care whether you are a successful trader or not. As I have stated before I think I come here occasionally to look at the animals in the zoo and laugh in pity at them.
You are wasting your time here. I have never found anything of value to me on this forum. I am sure that there will be people here of value to you who will have things to say which might interest or help you. But you can see the quality of the people who have taken against you on this thread. They are not worth your while. If you had hoped to achieve any useful purpose from this thread then surely you realise by now that you are wasting your time? Or is there perhaps some publicity value to it!? I don't know. I don't know what your aims are. But I don't think you will achieve anything very useful by continuing to talk to these people
