Another very high probability set-up which increases the odds is a wide range bar, a wide body bar (range depends on market and time frame) with no shadows or very small ones provides continuation on most occasions, stop @ low/high of bar. Gamble or not? Still a gamble, with very favourable odds though.

Yes it is gambling, but all of life is a gamble.
Other gambling activity- Choosing a spouse, choosing where to live, a college, a job, starting a business, driving a car, flying in a plane etc.
The birth process itself is all one big gamble- which sperm cell will mate with which egg and what genes will you get.

The difference betwen gambling and intelligent specultation is that the spectulator has figured out a real edge.

Same rules apply in both worlds wiseguys (pros) win and squares(public) lose in both sports & stocks 
so in other words any activity with any amount of risk is gambling....
Still a gamble but at least with an understanding of probability
