Again, read the market sentiment and watch for the big picture. Did it look like a reversal or downtrend anytime during the day? Perhaps a few times but wait a little longer it became clear.

For today I was only able to trade the first hour and then had to nap before work. With my schedule, I often only have the first hour or two, so I have to make the most of it without being able to wait for the perfect entry that might not happen for hours. Yesterday I was home all day so had plenty of time to pester nooby_mcnoob! LOL

But honestly though, its just a range after a retracement in an uptrend. These things can just as easily turn down. I think most successful traders have a little more to rely on, more things they are looking at and seeing where the confluence is where they all line up.

Oh ok I mostly trade RTH but want to see it all.

184,906 is the number. Not NFP but volume yesterday upto 830am to gauge today's volume against running into the report.

Yes I view it all, but when the day starts, I switch to RTH only most of the time. I don't want to be bullied into an early trade because of overnight levels

Exactly right. I think if I had a 70% win rate like you on a very nice R:R of at least 1:2 or better then I probably wouldn't be so scared, but its not nearly this good.

I don't use latest version of TradeStation (still on TS9.5 update 28) and hopefully I will never be forced to "upgrade" to TS10 which sux IMO.

Michael Burke, the code author, retired from TradeStation but I believe he is now with the teaching unit they own YouCanTrade. They would have to be contacted for more info.

As for some stuff on the forum, that are now the purview of YOUCanTrade, they have been scrubbed. Dead links or completely removed.
