Is Tim Sykes really a scammer?

I'm curious why you think marketsurfer has access to someone's statements with transactions going back a minimum of one year.
In contrast, if marketsurfer was Timothy Sykes (not possible via their different photos and different location of residence)...I can then understand why you're asking him for the statements instead of asking Sykes for the statements.
Simply, you may as well ask marketsurfer to produce one year of your statements with transactions. Therefore, at best, marketsurfer should only be able to pull whatever info he can from Sykes website. Thus, one can assume Sykes only post daily, weekly or monthly statements. Simply, if someone wants someone else (e.g. marketsurfer) to produce statements/transactions for one year...one would need to assume surf visits the site on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and then keeps his own personal tally of the info...
Not sure why surf would do that for you when you can do it yourself via hanging out at Sykes website and tallying your own information for one year assuming you really need the info.

What about Sykes girlfriends, should they too have access to that information ???
I'm not trying to be sarcastic, does your best friends have access to your statements and transaction going back one year. My point is just because surf is fanatic about his defense of Sykes...whats up requesting that surf himself provide you with the info you seek when anyone can easily contact Sykes himself for the info (assuming he wants to give it to some anonymous online personality) while Sykes himself is "not" anonymous.
At worst, someone can just tally up their own numbers via documenting what's being posted at that guys website for one year.
Last of all, I've seen surf defend other traders, authors, analysts and I think it would be "very odd" to expect surf to have access to their statements/transactions going back one year too. Simply, what is it about Sykes that gets you guys so bent out of shape when you don't have the same requests of others that surf has defended ???
Is it the fact that Sykes is a penny stock trader when penny stocks are something that has always been traditionally frown upon or looked down upon.
P.S. This surf thing seems kind'uv odd considering its usually surf the one demanding and challenging others to produce their own statements/transactions when they say they use "technical analysis".

" Is Tim Sykes really a scammer?' is the title of this thread. monthly statements with transactions are necessary to answer this question. they are not published on his web site. even if it was not the case the stats on his website are suspect by definition.
market surfer published a partial 1 month statement. he refuses to publish more with the lame excuse that I will ask for 5 years. that is just an out for him to cover for his buddy. it shows that he has access to them. 1 month incomplete statement proves nothing. if you read market surfer's replies he is syke's
friend and is a flunkie in return for parties and some of the gold diggers who attend.
interesting marketsurfer never mentions margin regulations and house rules for penny stock. refusing to provide statements with transactions is proof enough of someone who is a scam artist. NONSENSE. if sykes was honest he would be transparent and show proof by publishing his brokerage statements. he was already thrown off one site which had his supposed trades because his trades could not be replicated.
Do you think the link is phony? Do you think the Covestor account was phony?

The thing is Sykes is the MOST transparent guru there ever was regarding his statements and other proof documents. The guy does what he says and backs it up--- love him or hate him, that's a fact. Think his methods are unethical? Well, that's an entirely different question--- but his personal trading record is 100% accurate and truthful.
