People are put off on Sykes mainly because of his carnival barker spell and over the top hype. There are much more successful traders than Tim and you don't see "is he a scammer" threads on them. Name one other living trader who turned 13k into over a million in several years--- then did it again in full public view with full documentation. There aren't any. Clearly, many on Wall Street make more than he does but I challenge you to locate an at home retail trader who does. The facts are Sykes kicks every retail trader on this site ass. He found the niche you and everyone else failed to see.

Sykes makes the vast majority of his money from selling the dream despite being a very subpar trader himself (and that fact is obvious considering he made ZERO money from 2001 through 2008). Almost a decade of failure before coming up with the idea to fleece the ignorant with promises of riches.
And one more thing- A middle management mook can drive a pre owned Lamborghini with little money down. You can buy a 2010 Gallardo or Murciellago for around 150k.
Anyone who thinks driving an expensive car equals financial success is stuck in the 80's.

I agree about the car chubby, cars are trinkets. But how many more statements will it take for you to believe he cracked the penny stock short code? The guy does it daily and earns solid monthly returns. I have the proof-- is photoshop going to be your next claim?
And if you are an at home retail guy, can you even approach his verified record?

Myself and literally a dozen other guys I traded with turned 10k or less into 7 figures in the late nineties. Took less than a year and a half from my first trade ever to do it. And I only traded retail. NEVER PROP.
Daytrading firms had entire prop and retail floors of 20 something kids doing it. Online, Andover, Schoendfeld, Worldco, etc, etc, etc.
Sykes did it and then lost most of it in the crash. Then he proceeded to MAKE NO MONEY FOR THE NEXT 7 YEARS before becoming a snake oil salesman. Proof that he was a product of the market and nothing more.

Let me say this again-- I'm not interested in your tales of glory from the tech boom. Lots of stories like that. Sykes is doing now, he makes consistent money trading now--- why not post your statements now? I'll bet you can't compete with Sykes. Please no more glory day claims-- I'm not interested.
