You guys have the wrong approach when ranking her 6-8 or whatever.

Instead of that ask yourself this:

Let's say she is in YOUR room while you are trading and she is making coffee, brushing her hair, organizing papers,etc.

Would that effect your trading or not? If not, no problem, rank her as low as you want. But if you were disracted by her presence, you might as well rank her a 10....

I can't bear people around me while trading, but a woman over 5-6 wouldn't be escorted out as fast, which can lead to some distraction.
