Is this trading strategy illegal or against some brokers policy?

If you are too dumb to grasp the question why is this then your 4th post already ? Should you not then just shut up and sit back and listen?

Someone else already elaborated and explained it to you yet you still don't get it...Maybe time to sit out a round???

It sounds like some kind of get rich quick scheme ha-ha

You don't get it as well. Goodness. OP is trying to game the broker on their client pledge to not hold their clients up for negative account balances. Is it really that hard to understand? It's not a straddle and OP most likely will have a hard time to withdraw his funding later on.

yes, it's legal, it's just a long straddle, but why do you need two accounts? You can't just use stops? Buy stop above, sell stop below, one side gets filled and the other side goes unfilled. because until your broker closes you out you aint going anywhere. Why not just stay flat until one side achieves escape velocity?

Of course you shit into the broker's face. And if they reject to wire out your ill gotten funds what are you gonna do? If you sue they will counter sue for sure and you will lose because you are engaging in deceptive business practices.

In any event please keep us posted...this should turn into a fun read later on...my bet is you will be banned after the 3rd or 4th balance withdrawal.

So if the broker has a counterparty hedging it still wouldnt be agaist their policy is that correct?

You seem to be the only one who gets it. And I agree with you ...it won't work. No broker in the world is that stupid. For this to work the brokers of each account would have to let you withdraw the funds from that account that generated a profit each time and reset and re-fund the busted account and let you trade again as well. Nobody is that dumb.

Not very clear, for you to come out a winner, one account must bust. You then need everytime a new broker to place another trade ?
Or does the broker allow your balance to turn negative, cancel it, than allow you to trade the same way with new funds you wire in, which sounds odd.
And if you don't cash out your profits every week, what happens if the losing position is with the broker where the gains have accumulated ? Your 15k profit can evaporate upon market opening.

No you should just stop bullshitting. It's that simple. By the way the only reason you have 15k in one of those accounts is because you got lucky. Probably that account that had the profit generating trade in it more often than not. If anything what you said is remotely true I would request the 15k withdrawal and run as fast as you can while you still can.

I guess i should take a whole weekend off and just read their policy on everything.

well then why would they let me continue trading in a busted account? shouldnt their system pick up after a few times? in this case i can still lose large amount of money on spread and weekend rollover
