If this were true, I would expect she would never have time to be her bubbly self on TV all the time.

The Minnesota Republican frequently suffers from stress-induced medical episodes that she has characterized as severe headaches. These episodes, say witnesses, occur once a week on average and can “incapacitate” her for days at time. On at least three occasions, Bachmann has landed in the hospital as a result.

Could be mate. But her own spokeswoman said it was true only that the media was exaggerating it. This sounds to me like a case of the Dean Howard scream. It will be taken out of context and her campaign will sink.
