I think it would be unprecedented for the SEC to prosecute a company for its leakers unless Musk leaked it on purpose.

The 787s were grounded for the battery issue. It just sux that all the Li-Ion and Li-Hydride batteries keep catching fire and explode.

Doesn't happen as often with petrol.

Guys, electricity is just not there yet.

I read a week or so back, that they think the reason the batteries catch fire is because the components used in the batteries are not mixed at the proper ratio. At least that was one of the comments in the story.

Tesla's future is going to be interesting. Existing car companies have a stake already, so they'll potentially absorb Tesla.
