Well it doesn't look like Biden is going to get the $15 minimum wage increase through the Senate... Some Democrats are lining up opposed to it...
He's doing an EO to raise it for all federal contractors. Of course, this is just theatre as not many federal contractors really make that amount.
I read somewhere that if the minimum wage had kept up with the rise in productivity over the last 40-some years, it would be $24/hr today.
The difference has gone to the tool owners instead of the tool users.
Probably. But what do you do when the tool owners give jobs to those outside your jurisdiction because you forced higher wages upon them?
Who are these people "outside my jurisdiction", immigrants?
