Is this stock coming back down?

[/IMG] just need some of your professional thoughts. i really dont know if this is coming back down or not. it kinda of seems to be consolidating but i really cant tell. What do you guys think? This is a korean stock. I kinda of think its going to consolidate to the left. but how can i tell?

It means none of this shit can tell you up or down even if it breaks the level you specificed, all probability.

If you can't read the price movement, skip it and find a chart of a stock that you can read. Better yet, study your butt off and learn TA so that you don't have to ask for advice from jerks like me. And, if/when you do learn TA, if you don't see your edge within 2 seconds, the chart is not worth considering.

ah i see . but thats the problem i did study for a lengthy period of time and im not sure if im reading the charts right. To me this chart looks like it has tremendous potential to move up becuase of the high spike in volume. but at the same time im not sure because it looks like a symmetrical triangle is forming and thats a sign for me to wait. the problem with me is that im really indecisive something a trader shouldnt be.
