Its doesn't matter where he was born anyway. His father was a British Subject. He is not qualified. Go research what a Natural Born citizen is.

With prejudice as to what issues. I have not seen anything that would qualify as Res Judicata on the issue of natural born citizen or the state of birth.

The case with the best chance was sideswiped when the military revoked an order.

When I see a case decided on the merits and appeals decided or rejected you might have an argument.

But then a state may wish to make it a requirement that a candidate prove he is a natural born citizen to get on the ballot.

It would be a safe bet to infer that you have a problem comprehending the English language. Regardless, you've conveniently moved on from the Kenyan bc issue since the document is most likely to be a forgery, to questioning Obama's natural born US citizen status. Not a surprise since you produced the You Tube Orly Taitz piece where she pounds on this theme of Obama's father being a British citizen and hence disqualifying Obama from possessing the natural born citizen status. Not so imo. It is also interesting to note that all the cases that have been turned down by the various courts have a pattern to them - they have all challenged for the most part, Obama's natural born citizen status due to his father being a British citizen. Needless to say, Orly Taitz has been the key figure in a majority of these cases. However, to date the courts have dismissed all these cases.
