i have an attached performance report for an undisclosed system. Can anyone please tell me what the flaw in the performance report is.. i.e. is the performance report flawed, based on the reported stats?

There are thousands of such reports out there.
You wouldn't be able to sleep if you were to analyse those reports.
There are other more important things to do.
 
I'm not familiar with vikestats,where did that report come from? If it's that important to you sit next to him as he downloads/prints out a report from his broker for that 1 year in question and tell him to give you time to go over those 1944 trades with a fine-tooth comb.

like what? sleep! those thousands of reports are mostly all worthless in bottomline results, high drawdowns, low p/factors, etc, and a handful show something that stands out like the one I posted here...but.. again, when that happens, break it down, and lets see what it really shows, or fraudulently displaying...

Sorry tired eyes when I looked at it last night.

Largest winning long trade and largest winning short trade both $1300 - is also suspect.
