okay i dont if this is true but i hear of "shops" who run a EMA-cross over script on forex, commodities, and basically sell shares of the company....
umm...is this legal ? basically running a blackbox fund....
imagine if blackbox is just doing simple moving average cross buy and sell strategy.....and ppl were buying and selling shares of whatever profit and loss the blackbox posted....
