Is this is a good deal?

How could you achieve better leverage for less funds? I believe the law is 4:1 up to 1 million?

I think that they can pool with other funds, if you agree to it.
There might be other ways, but i am quite sure that i got a similar offer (not better) with less money down

Do traders really still fall for this type of offer? How is it possible with just a simple search of this site to even entertain the thought of putting any money up with an unregulated firm. The reason the owner seems to be able "to make things happen" is because he is under no regulation.
Stick with a regulated firm otherwise this will inevitably end up as a cautionary tale.

Only prop firms are not regulated, I was referring to a broker/dealer who is very much regulated. With regard to him being able to make things happen; I was making reference to his proficiency and speed in handling my requests.

"Only Prop firms are not regulated" ? Tell that to my Compliance Officer or our accountant who pays her, LOL.

Legitimate prop firms are broker dealers, and highly regulated.

FWIW,
