Is this functionality possible?

Is it possible to receive an email if a Contact generates a post? There are only about 10 people on the site I'm interested in reading and they don't post frequently. I'd like to get an alert if they have posted anything new.

Good job with the software upgrade by the way. I've done a few for large corporate clients in the past and know what a nightmare they can be. Hats off for the way you've handled this one and the inevitable issues. The stick you've received from some users is undeserved.
