IS THIS feasible?

Kind of a pipe dream. The retail cost of gas is pretty much spot at the refinery, refinery costs, transportation and taxes. Bulk buying really is about transportation costs and this does nothing to address that.
You would need an enormous balance sheet to make this work as the retail pumps will charge current - some accounts can negotiate small at the pump discounts, but that's off current market. You would need to reprogram every pump to accept the card and be able to clear the charge amount. Hedge any price increase and tax increases. There isn't enough room in the retail pricing. A big dealer is only making a few cents a gallon and in some markets the retail station makes more off the snacks and food than the fuel purchase.

the pump already accepts the card, no need to speak with them or negotiate,,,,
a pipe of dream worked at daily is a pipe of reality and revolutionary change,,,, we are providing the service not the product,,, the minimum futures contract on gasoline is 42 thousand gallons, no single consumer uses that,,, by providing the service they like the big corps can hedge,,, except that we provide them their hedge in an easy to understand format,,, GALLONS,,, think a cell phone plan,, u pay 80 bucks a month lets say for 12 GBS of usage,,, mid month u check and u say oh i got 3 or 4 gbs left,,, once payment is made ur thought process is automatically in gbs NOT in dollars,,, thats what were trying to bring to the consumer,,,,, we hedge for them ( of course this is the most difficult part, not impossible though) and they redeem via gallons at the pump,,,, the idea Of fuel cards is not new,,, the concept were providing is new,,, cuz its not in dollars its in GALLONS,,, the GALLON CARD is a trademark i own.... the goal is to change the way people think of gas and how they buy it,,,, think costco,,,, not many bought so much damn groceries before costco was around,,, not they go there,, you go there,,, i go there,,, and u only need 2 packs of toilet papers or napkins,,, BUT you see the 48 pack and u like the price,,, in your head your like iam going to use this soon or later so mine as welll buy large quantity and save it,,, same concept here,, except gallons are saved on the card,,, delivered normally through the gas stations,,, not everyone will sign up but like i said at 360 million gallons daily 1 billion dollar sales 1 percent of that equals revenue of 10 million A DAY,,, in current terrain for startups,,, this is enough to value us at billllions,,,, dont forget facebook wasnt proftiable even when they were valued at 100 billion and i believe were better,,, cuz every member of ours is a paying member and revenue generating... lets make sure we stay constructive and productive in our conversation synergy

I already have the cards,,, the cards are no tricks,,, they are provided by WEX,,, FLEETCOR<<< datacom,,, and many other fleet fuel solutions,,, what i need majorly is the cobrand

this is in the pic wex card with exxonmobile cobrand on it,,, i need my brand on it,,, i also need an account from them with ability to resell,, like exxon mobile does,,, resell the account NOT THE GAS

Then how do grocery chains offer "fuel perks" linked to their loyalty cards?
It can be done the way he's saying it.
Its not so much "reprogramming pumps". Major chains have smart pumps that are no longer centralized at one location. Taxes are a constant whether or not they go up. The playing field is level across the board be it a municipality or a state.
The true value here (IMO) is he's building a brand name in a heretofore nascent niche. That can be leveraged down the road.

adding to that fuel perks above is also one of the major way of how this profits,, when we have large user base, since our cards work at any gas station large names like chevron and exxon and shell will be kissing ass to us to give incentives to have our users use their brand,,, think of safeway and vons grocery stores,,, when you go to chevron the pump asks u if you have vons or safeway loyalty card and u get few cents off the gallon,,, now we all know the grocery stores are very small size in terms of money and valuations,,, and if they can pull it off to have a name like chevron offer their customers a discount so can we,,, which would be additional profits for us,,, for example chevron says to us,,, ill give u 10 cents off if ur GALLON CARD customers use them at chevron,,, we get 5 cents customer gets 5 cents also

I spent most of the time on this idea trying to DISPROVE it not prove it or make it work,,, as well all know in science and trading,,, u discover more by disproving and proving and i couldnt see where it cant work,, where i got stuck or derailed is the technological aspect and the software programming to handle the automation and growth of it,,,

So does my Visa card, but you'll need to join a credit clearing network and you'll need a fairly large balance sheet.
It's fairly easy to offer some loyalty perks, because they bring you in.
There isn't 10 cents worth of markup in a typical gallon.
Great idea, but the distribution system won't accommodate this.
