Is there such thing as a fixed home equity line of credit

Just wondering if there is a fixed home equity line of credit? I have a variable one of 2.74%. (prime - 0.51%) but I kinda wanna take out a lot of money (to buy other houses I'm going to slum lord it) that I dont plan on paying back for a while.

No not that I know of. (I have Diversification in REinvesting)

But most are 10/1 ARM
If slum lording it, Are you Section 8ing for income? If so you'll never need the 10/1. It will pay off soon.
