Is there something wrong with Larry Kudlow?

Just curious after seeing him on air a couple times in the past few weeks he seems like he may have recently had a stroke or something. He slurs words, and to be honest doesn't seem to follow through on his train of thought in a coherent manner at times. He goes back and forth between sounding like his normal self, regardless of personal opinion of his ideas, to not quite on point and a bit off. Just now he went from somewhat scattered to clear and reasoned. Seems kind of odd.
