CFE told me that will, but not for a while. It will be traded on the CFE not the CBOE like the VIX options.

They are based in the Netherlands. Before you jump in and open an account, I would look into who they are regulated by and who is the counter-party for your trading. You want to make sure your funds are safe.

well no way would I transfer over there.. and apparently it's all traded by bitcoin, no cash??
