Is there anyone who uses TT's ADL?

Why use multicharts at all? Feed market data from TT to excel. Generate your indicators and send orders back.

Thanks for mentioning ability to bring indicators in from Excel to drive algos in TT. Here's an example:

i don't think excel can calculate in real time what i need, i use multiple data streams from different exchanges with a lot of complication to get to a trade. excel honestly is 30 years ago trading style i would hate to go back to that.

maybe first step is just to get adl to put on the trade i want when i hit a hot key, then go from there.

there.

Absolutely. Excel is dated. The other option is to pay for newer technology. I still can't really figure out what you are looking for from automation. Plenty of front ends have hot keys including tt.

here is the deal i can trade dom but in this day and age i should be able to automate trading without having 4 programs running like iqfeed to multicharts and multicharts to excel and excel to adl.

but even then there must be some client of adl which uses some application to get live data into excel?

oh and in a 64 bit world. what other hook methods can put data into adl just excel and that's it? come on..
