Is there any sports bar in Wall Street, to talk about API programming?

Dear-

I have a few years of trading experience, in equity (never in future/option). Although I am a frequent flier in many cities, I never been in Wall Street after I start trading.

I can make a chance to stop in NYC next months and spend a few days in(near?) Wall Street with my personal expense. Is there any sports bar (NEAR Wall Street) to talk about

1) general trading issue
2) specially programming with API?

There might be some off-line place (sports bar) to search API programmer and also to find API job.

Also I wonder if I can visit NYSE, just to see and hear "opening bell" at 9:30 AM.
I can see Elitetrader participant if he stays near Wall Street.

Main reason to visit there is as follows. If someone helps me for API programming from out of state, it is NOT easy to communicate. So in Wall street it might be possible to see each other at a coffee shop to talk about what I need many times.

I can think about roughly $1K for API programming work, with roughly 3 face-to-face meeting. I wonder if someone already have API experience in IB or TradeKing
