Is there any platform that allows for daily loss limits and restricting certain tickers?

See, that's what I'm saying, you have to have control over your trading, no software block is going to prevent you from overtrading or losing too much in one day or whatever other psychological issue one might have.

yep, but it was good when it worked.if i got stopped out 20 minutes into the day. i was sidelined and that was a good slap on the face to make corrections.
