Is there an Emini tied to the 10-year Note ?

Hi everyone,

Is there an Emini future that trades that is tied to the 10 year Note ?

If so, does anyone have the symbol for it in IB ?

There used to be a half-size 10-year note contract that I believe was delisted. Trade the 5-year note, 2-year note or eurodollars instead if you want something that is less volatile.

I think he is not looking for less vol, he seems to be looking for less margin.

Less volatile contracts will tend to have less margin and have high correlation to what he actually wants to trade.

I believe these all have lower margin requirements as well.
