Well it doesn't take much speculation when he supported Afghanistan.

As for Saddam, yes, the horrible, non-quagmire of Saddam would have been going on for its 18th year, hundreds of thousands of Iraqis would still be alive, four million refugees would still be living in their homes, and we would be one to three trillion dollars richer.

Had he been forced to go into Afghanistan we would be seeing 4000 causalites by now.
