Is there a Screener that will allow me to do this?

I use the paid version of Finviz. I like it, but it don't really have the feature I want most.

For intraday, i want to be able to screen for a specified number of minutes prior (most often 10 minutes) and not screen from the default setting of market open.

Is there a screener that will allow me to do this?

Depends on what you're scanning for. Trade Ideas has a few intraday settings which measure various time frames.

I have and have emailed a few unsuccessfully.

Yes I have, and have talked to 3 providers without success. But it may exsist already and I just may need to look better.

All i want to screen for is ... a list of stocks with ...

1) Price Range per share
2) Average Daily Volume (minimum)
3) Signal = Top Gainers ordered by volume.

except for ability to control the time element. Default is to screen from market open. I only want to screen the past 7 or 10 minutes.

If nothing else, i should be able to hire a dveloper to use financialmodelingprep.com data and make a simple version.
