Is there a scanner that....

Does anyone know of a scanner where I can scan stocks where:

todays volume < yesterdays
Yesterdays volume < the previous day

and

Todays price range is between X and Y (IE 45-50
Todays price range is < yesterdays days price range x / y (IE 42-52) but within yesterdays price range.

Basically Im trying to find a program where I can scan for stocks with specific volume relationships and price range relationships from a certain amount of time frame (IE 5-10) days.

Can this be done, or does anyone know a program that can do this? Thanks in advanced.

prophet does not allow volume from today compared to the day before, compared to the day before. with the given price ranges....that is what I need. I feel like I need to write a macro, but A - I am not a comp engineer, and B - I have no idea ifa macro can even scan talks, or just specific stocks you give it.
