The 'raw-data' view is a re-listing of these ticks with the time and the sales-prices as well as the Bid/Ask movements. Maybe I'm overlooking something here, but to me that is Time&Sales.

Yes, that is probably right. I noticed differences when watching backfilled data vs. data that was accumulated during live feed.Quote from stock777:

On backfill you only get snapshot data.
T&S in TWS is actual trade by trade data.
