I have a subscription to DJ news text feed, which is different than www.dowjonesnews.com.
Basically I have a sever at DJ and I get the news generally a few seconds quicker. Once or twice a month I get a nice bone thrown my way. For instance, when the announcement of CFC and BAC deal when through, I got the news MINUTES before hand through DJ. it is expensive, over 6 figures a year.
Edit: There are 4 or 5 times a month, I get unannounced news before the street does.

You could always get Trade The News for a free trial. The down side is you can't get it off when the trial ends. It crashed my system so hard I had to reboot from disks.
