Kraken and Bitstamp are the ones that accept USD/EUR that I'm working with atm. Gemini isn't available outside the U.S. or is limited to only a few countries.
Gatehub hasn't authorised me for USD or EUR deposits and its now been more than a week. They also don't respond to emails.
Kraken verified/authorised me within 24 hours. I'm impressed with them so far.
