Is there a coup in Venezuela or Bolivia?

I heard these rumours from two sources.
Can't find anything in the news, anyone knows?

And more importantly how could this affect oil prices?

Quote from nazzdack:

You've got it backwards. The lower crude goes, the more unrest there is likely to be.

Chavez does not want it under $100...they run the state oil so inefficiently any decrease gets his panties in a bunch....

watch out for the unrest Cuba will start experiencing soon..at over $4 billion in damages ( perhaps i heard it wrong ) and a kink in tourism....oh boy....watttttttttttttttttttttch out

And Chavez isn't going to be as quick with a 4bil check helping his Cuban camarada as he would a couple of months back.

You mentioned last week that Ike could be impetous to revolución.
