Thats really not a good indicator of who is leaving the US. To get a citizenship in another country, you do not have to renounce your US citizenship. In the US, to be a citizen here, you do have to renounce your citizenship in your previous country. Also, the US government requires you to continue paying taxes for 10 years after you renounce your citizenship, so its a deterent right there.

It seems that with all the service jobs with no way to make any economic headway working. Not getting a college degree and loading up on debt. There is a citizen trap in the US. Unless you win the lottery or get lucky the path to economic prosperity in almost none existant. I used to beleive the crap that was put on CNBC for Larry Kudlow. The smoke machine is out of substance and all the mirrors are broken, ephamistacly speaking. There is really nothing left to sell to other nations and the US has become the worlds underpaid police force. The jobs arte not coming back and there are no public works projects of scale that will get things back on track.

I have to disagree with you. I know of a few examples of young kids working in service sector jobs that imo, are pissing away opportunities to build wealth.
They get a tax refund, blow it on nothing. Refuse to buy stocks in companies they work for, don't take advantage of 401k. Make poor economic choices ie buying a dog or half a dozen cats (I know this is a lame but dogfood cost money and vet bills are high).
People refuse to work overtime, really don't take work seriously. There are dozens of small things that could be done but financial IQ is dismal for the naysayers.

As far as the US as the worlds unerpaid police force, I just read an article that Mexico basicall gave carte blanche approval to the US and border patrol to run the mexican side of operations as they see fit.
Secondly, same with Canada, the US wants to not only control our border of Canada but have the final say how who is allowed to enter into Canada via airports ships etc. from around the world.

how come Germany and Switzerland with high wages and costs are doing well? posters on various threads refuse to answer this question while whining about outsourcing.
