Is there a 2B stock scanner?

Hi guys, I'm trying to find a stock scanner out there that looks for 2b formations.

If you're not familiar with Victor Sperandeo, he popularized the 1-2-3 trend change and the 2b formations.

A 2b formation is a double bottom or double top reversal on the daily chart.

Do you know if there's a stock scanner out there that can look for this?

A 2b formation is not a double top. It is a reversal pattern but, not a double top. If that is the case, you have scanners to find double tops. I know of no scanner to find 2b formations. Why do you need a scanner when you can easily see by eye balling it, if a 2b formation has formed? Once, you confirm it, you can take that trade.
