Is the world coming to an end?

everywhere I look on TV nothing but bad news
and stock market going lower and lower day after day

yet FORD sales are way up:p

I don't see anyone living on the streets

from what I see in my newspaper lot's of help wanted ads

all gloom and doom on CNBC yet, everything seems
fine in the real world

even the EURO is looking better
What I'm I missing?
