I follow none of the elliottwave rules except for the most obvious one, namely
Wave 2 cannot retrace more than 100% of Wave 1.
Another reason why I don't bother with elliotticians is because they do it with alternates. I'm a straight male, I don't swing that way.
If you ever find yourself in a room full of ellitticians be damn sure they will all have different interpretations of the market move and when a top will occur.

I KNOW the theory behind E-Waves, I studied them as a lackey, and found a use for them because when I was studying them, the market was a tame little kitten. The 50% retrace was my key metric. Since 2018 the market has grown to a Tasmanian Devil and is getting bigger every year. So the people who push E-Waves now are scrambling with all the subwaves of subwaves like they were in the past, but with greater ranges. It is poison now. Easy way to wipe out on the EW BS.
