Is the market topping short term?

On one side even the big tech that crushed earnings didn’t rise. But on the other side they didn’t affect the overall mkt falling .Were certainly well overdue for a 10-15% pullback which is just a small nick in comparison to one of the greatest 15 month runs in history.
 
stocks in Russull 2000 or 3000 index and not mad any gain since march .... I think market is about to breakout and make a new high for small cap stocks. It's time for large cap stock to fall and money flow to small and mid cap companies stock

Dude, we just went through that in the tech sector. The NAS and NDX were inverted for the better part of a year. The NDX has finally taken over the top spot again, averaging 250-300 points higher than NAS. YOu think they will flip again?

Likely - but the money probably won't just rotate back to small caps as mega cap tech, etc. come back in. Think all of the major indexes are going to give up 10-20% first and then you'll see the re-rotation back into smalls.
