LOL and true. Profitable speculation is a knowledge game. Exploit the ignorant, or be ignorant and get exploited. Just the way it goes.

I think the markets goes into and out of efficiency all the time every hour and minute of the day depending on the time frame you are trading.

The market always seeks equilibrium, a 50/50 odds market (fair price), but it needs to reach zones of out of whackness to know that its currently at equilibrium which can change rapidly as new information comes and and so the market seeks a new fair price.

This is how money is made, buying low and selling high.
