Pseudo govt. entrepreneurism ?

Why not ?

One can turn 'em back into malls ?
 
I read a rather condescending comment by Mish Shedlock on those numbers.

"Are we turning into France?"

Too bad even the brightest can't see the US has past that stage ages ago.
