I was shocked a wallet that I had less than $100 of tokens got over $2500 worth of Arb tokens

Some people wrote scripts to farm 10's of millions of $ worth of Arb tokens, this airdrop has been anticipated for a while now, so everyone had a chance to get this airdrop with very little effort

My bad, it was only $3M worth :D

So, remember when I said to try out the Gains GNS dex perp futures platform? Gains is on Arbitrum L2 chain so you most likely are eligible for the $2.6K airdrop right now

I have 2 wallets that are eligible, the other wallet was my attempt to trade on GMX about 6 months ago, I bridged $70 worth of Eth, traded for GMX, but did not like the platform it had KYC so never did anything, lo and behold, now I have $2.6k worth of Arb tokens on that wallet, lol

So that above, if you wrote a script and automated that whole process, say 1500 wallets, you'd have millions of $ worth of Arb tokens

You can re-use the funds, by the way, and maybe $5 or $10 worth of tokens on every wallet enough to transact on Arbitrum since it's very low transaction fees on L2

No problem. Airdrop hunters are a special breed in cryptos and during crypto bull market cycles, some are able to cash out life changing money with very little risk capital

I never focused on finding the airdrops but they pretty much fall on your lap if you play around with cryptos

I got Uniswap airdrop on 5 wallets (400 ea) and if I cashed out at the top a cool $90k, but I cashed out right away, lol, about $20k

I got Ampleforth airdrop, was worth $50k within a few weeks (bull market time) but cashed out too late, about $25k

So, you can't really know when's the top until in hindsight

This Arbitrum airdrop I'll keep for a while, I think once the bull market goes into full gear, could be worth 10x or more

Aptos is one I feel bad missing out on, for running a node, they got 10,000 Apt tokens worth over 6 figures right now and I like running nodes, just start up a VM on a VPS, voila, done in a couple of hours

DyDx airdrop was sweet, but I think it had kyc preventing US folks, it was about $70k that topped at over $1M (bull market is fun)


you can go on Twitter and type airdrop season or airdrop and go down the rabbit hole, but you got a steep learning curve since you never played around with crypto assets on local wallets

I'm an old fart. Don't like rabbit holes, or any holes for that matter. :D I can't keep up with all these things. Why dontcha keep us informed? You know, just tell us what's brewing in the larger scheme of things.
