I actually wouldnt be surprised to see the market hit higher highs this year as well, but for the time being we are going to test the lows.

Stocks may have bottomed after the news of the greek bank run caused futures to dip sharply overnight.

Just be prepared for next week ecb meeting.....that is going to move markets wildly ....everyone is expecting more free money, more propping up of the financial markets..more bailouts ......I meant to say more QE....

So get ready for more extreme volatility on January 22nd when ecb meets

Just thank BUBBLE ben bernanke....all the central banks are following in his footsteps

Haha
most of that is already priced in, the only thing that could come as a surprise is if they do nothing

Gold may not drive the markets, but it is a flight to safety, if the market goes down gold will rally.

True Max,, gold has long/very long term term track record, for UP trends.

Stocks may out perform gold , silver, long term;
but I did not include BAC, C..... in that last stock comment.Its amazing how long BAC + C have been repeatedly sued, fined + lost......................................................................

I agree...last few times draghi has mentioned it the markets have rallied big time...last rally was a few hundred points on that comment so most of it should be priced in already....will find out next Thursday

the most important word in stock market predicting. "If". You can evaluate an analyst just by checking his word/if ratio. The more he uses the word "if" the more you can ignore him.
