Question got me to thinking what does current decline look like compared to $NDX '00-'03 dotcom bear market.
Two ways this can be done - with the latter always the better way.
Fib Projection of prior move from the start down of current move based on price amount (1st chart), and based on percentage amount (2nd chart):-
Clearly current bear market (if it has ended as some believe, I'll what for confirmation in that regard, better safe than sorry) is percentage-wise nowhere near the previous bear market low point even though price-wise it has gone beyond.

Good points T 1974. I noticed most tech has a higher PE + that'$ good.
QQQ/ MSFT+ related is a buy off monthly Don channels like JAN 2003.
May get burned abit if QQQ= like JAN 2009, so far QQQ= not as bad as JAN2009/buy off monthly Don channels.
NOT a stock or ETF tip/MSFT did better/clear better buy % JAN2008 Don channels...........................................................
Barchart.com has qqq a 8% buy[92% sell, kids math]/ but since qqq, SPY=> above 50+ 200dma looks like a good buy risk.
Most of my cars, guns are never ever cheap; but a good gun brand used/ is fair priced
So i averaged a bit JAN tighter stops , gave up a bit of profit , but not much loss.
