Is StrategyRunner only one ATS platform-server serverside?

I'm not sure.
First, it's not populated like here although the QD information is gathered specially.
I just feel this forum so comfortable.

Well, start a new dedicated thread on this forum then :)

Indeed QD forum is dedicated to QD. You can expect an answer to your questions within an hour or two, you can also expect answers from our technical support guys (who do not monitor this forum of course). You can also expect answers from active QD users, though sometimes we (SQ team) think that this or that question was already answerd or can be easily answered by forum community.. so that your question can hang unanswered for several days until you send a mail to support@smartquant.com Nothing is perfect :)
