with stocks if you own 51% of the company, you can take it private and fire all the board of directors and put yourself as the CEO

it's amazing that most of the board of direcors fortune 500 are paid less than management and are part time board of directors.

all these board of directors are pretty much useless and figure heads or investor relations cheer leaders to institutional investors.

the board of directors C and BAC doesn't even know what derivatives are or how they work. how fuck up is that.

Ahhhh......the old American Dream, a la Carl Icahn. I'll miss those lofty aspirations, now that we've begun our gravitation towards financial fascism.
