No, it is not. It is a vast and complex country that has suffered greatly in her history. To outsiders, she is largely a mystery. Even Russians don't often know what they want from their government.

Russian National Interest. So there it is.
Anyway, Russians are in general wonderful people. They like Americans and all from the West (in general).
I wish America would give Russia a chance.
