The answer is no+ no.
But price is included in ta; but not the same thing @ all. Mainly print or have printed. SPY,QQQ/whatever ,10 year charts, 200 day moving average on I year charts;50dma on volume.
I like moving averages/but they simply underline/overline price.The fact some traders hate moving averages/thats good/LOL...………………………………………………………………..

Trading involves a lot of looking at visual / graphics / diagrams / pictures
and not looking at ABCDEFG ....
Further different people define PA and TA differently.
The writer must include graphics / diagrams / pictures to
illustrate PA vs TA.

I trade the 3 minute chart, price action only, no indicators.
If I see, price going doing, I sell the market, at bar close.
If I see , price going up, I buy the market, at bar close.
Put the stop loss at location where if I am stopped out price better go the other way. no fake out crap, tight loss stuff. I like wide stops
Set profit target at whatever (minor or major) resistance or support my eyes see on the chart.
Wait to make money or lose money.
Prepare for the next trade
