Military operations are done in Iraq.
50,000 troops in Iraq,10,000 in Kaweit, the renaming of troops and thousands of paid mercenaries/private security firms is not military operations being done imo
Many of the people in the P&R section who you often agree with know that military operations in Iraq are not done, just read this thread

We are trying to prevent a war with North Korea since they only understand shows of strength.
In one post you are saying he is weak,in the next you are saying that he is in fact showing strength to prevent a war ? (I think he is trying to provoke a war but in either case it is not weakness imo )
He never said we wouldn't intervene in Libya but so far we haven't.
By not vetoing the resolution to attack Libya he has in fact said that he will intervene or that he was willing to.Things might change since the cease fire but our military was about to attack on the orders of Obama
We spend so much on defense because the world is a very bad place with many countries wishing the United States were wiped off the earth.
Status quo on these things are NOT signs of a strong president. Leadership is and he has shown very little. Even Democrats are deriding him over his lack of leadership. The guy is weak with regard to both foreign policy and domestic policy.
According to Wikipedia Obama spent 663 billion on defense and wars last year and will spend over 928 billion on wars and defense this year, that is not status quo ,that is more then any president in US history has spent on wars and defense. When a president spends more on war and defense then any other president I cant call him weak

CHINA TELLS AMERICA: Turn Around The USS George Washington
China has warned against military activity near its coastline ahead of U.S.-Korea naval exercises, according to Reuters.
China's Foreign Ministry said in an online posting that naval exercises risks starting a war: "We oppose any military act by any party conducted in China's exclusive economic zone without approval."
U.S. to Send Aircraft Carrier Into Waters Off China for Drills
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2010-...-south-korea-risking-tensions-with-china.html
The U.S. will send a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier to South Koreaâs west coast in the coming months for more joint drills that have sparked opposition from China.
âPart of the sequence of exercises that we conduct will be a return of the George Washington, including exercising in the Yellow Sea,â Pentagon spokesman Geoff Morrell told reporters yesterday in Washington, referring to the strip of water between the Korean peninsula and China. There will be more joint maneuvers over the ânext several months,â both in the peninsulaâs western and eastern waters, he said.
The USS George Washington took part in July 25-28 exercises off South Koreaâs eastern coast designed to deter North Korea from further provocations after the communist country was accused of sinking the South Korean warship Cheonan in March. China says it is âfirmly opposedâ to any threatening foreign military activities near its shores as it resists a U.S. push to scale down Chinaâs presence in the South China Sea.

The previous figures do not include the war costs. Wikileaks is obviously combining numbers.
The fact remains, Obama is weak and a poor leader. You can find numbers and make statement all day long that it isn't the case but most here will agree with me that he is a weak, AWOL President. This applies not just to military action but to all his actions. It is even obvious to the democrats in Congress.
