taxing the poor? what kind of plan is that?

when your government gets so fat and bloated that the only way you can keep it going is to tax the citizens who are already just barely making it, and paying plenty in all other kinds of taxes, isn't it time you look for someone else to blame it on rather than the 47% who pay no income taxes?
