1. Is this a triangle and I need just to be patient

2. Considering the intraday volatility would you risk putting a sell stop under the rising green line?

Triangles, flags, pennants, wedges et al are "continuation patterns". You expect the trend that preceded the formation to continue, in this case, to the downside. We'll see. Stranger things have happened.
