May I add that underlying all markets is human nature, and that is what determines the ups and downs of markets; not necessarily reality. It's possible, and it does happen, that human perception can align with reality, but that's uncommon. Those who can understand this and know when perception and reality are wide apart can take great profits from the market. George Soros would be an example of one such person. And there are others of course. Most of us, because of our inability to overcome our innate nature, can not do this.
